As an account manager, I had the opportunity to actively participate in the process of implementing a new management system at Itaú Unibanco, which is adapted to the digital world in high-income clients. My responsibilities were

  • Provide digital support (sms, email, telephone) to all customers, with the aim of Keep them well-targeted and maintain close relationships with them;
  • Provide personalized advice according to each profile, generating sustainability and adequate business, with the objective of guaranteeing the growth of the portfolio;

  • Specialized financial consultancy;
  • Daily analysis of portfolio evolution.

Django Girls

Django Girls is a non-profit organization and a community that empowers and helps women to organize free, one-day programming workshops by providing tools, resources and support.
We are a volunteer run organization with hundreds of people contributing to bring more amazing women into the world of technology.
We are making technology more approachable by creating resources designed with empathy.
I was invited and acted as a coach on Django Girls São Paulo - March 2017 event.
After this, I was invited to take part of the organization on event in São Paulo.

Rails Girls São Paulo

The purpose of Rails Girls is to give tools and build a community for women to understand technology and to build their ideas.
We do this by providing a great experience on building things and by making technology more approachable.
Learn sketching, prototyping, basic programming and get introduced to the world of technology. Rails Girls was born in Finland, but is nowadays a global, non-profit volunteer community.
I acted as a coach on Rails Girls São Paulo - August 2017 event.
